DIRECTV Installers can make the pole mount / tripod higher if necessary?

We have to move the DirecTV satellite dish on a pole / tripod, because my parents are getting side decks and carpentry remodeling and want the dish to be mounted on a pole from now and they want a conduit for the cables. DirecTV can do that? By the canal, which will have to drill through the brick wall to run cables and, of course we could have to dig a trench for it. How much?
