Song Meaning Satellite

Am I the only person sick of this song?
All radio stations where I live Play That Song "Hey There Delilah" by Plain White T's, minutes every 10 or 20. No matter what station you turn too (different country). I mean come on … I like the song, but I'm tired of hearing that 50 times a day. Why radio stations repeat songs so often? Your annoy the hell out of me. If I had more money satellite would obtain. Moreover, what is even worse is when dealing with radio DJ's to sing …. ugh! I live in a city like with 3 stations radio. One would think there would be more music to play.
You are awesome!! I was thinking the same thing a few hours ago. If I hear that song again, I will kill the Plain White T's! Also, for some reason, I knew this would be the song you're talking about even before you click the question.

Fragments and Meaning in Traditional Song: From the Blues to the Balti $80.85 This is a study of very short songs: pieces long perceived as ‘fragments’ or remnants of longer narrative texts, and dismissed as the by-products of a degenerative oral tradition. Coverage includes English, Welsh, Breton, American, and Finnish songs. The authors argue that the inherently metaphorical and connotative idiom of traditional song makes external critical notions of ‘completeness’ inappropriate: in practice, such pieces are rarely felt to be broken or lacking by those who sing them – they have a strong metonymic force. A wide range of texts and traditions texts and traditions is explored to suggest how short songs may convey meaning both in performance and in non-traditional contexts such as the literary novel.brIt is a tribute to the authors’ vision and tenacity, as well as the patience of their partners, thatemFragments and Meaning/emhas come to fruition as a source of insight and information, an inspiration to scholars seeking to understand better the meaning of song.-Thomas A. The Shepherd’s Song $6.64 Your life is going well — you are winning the battles of faith and enjoying your relationships with people and with God. Suddenly, you stumble. Things go wrong — you lose your job; your marriage crumbles; or a loved one dies. Through prayer and perseverance, you recover and regain your strength; but disaster strikes again — unexpected temptation shakes your faith — and you find yourself searching for answers.pSuddenly, you hear a friendly, calm voice singing a song of strength and renewal. A handsome man from the past appears; he extends a hand of hope and lifts you to your feet. He introduces himself as David, the shepherd. He begins to sing a beautiful song — the song of his life, his struggles and victories — and the melody of his life amazingly resembles your own.pWe’re not much different, you and I. Your victories…failures…surprises…and disappointments — I know them all. Come, and I will share the secrets of finding the heart to go on.pAccept his invitation and discover how the most thrilling and adventurous life in Scripture holds valuable meaning for your own life of faith. Anderson’s extensive research and travels throughout the Holy Lands eminently qualify him to lead you on this journey of faith. At times, you will visualize David’s adventures so clearly you will feel as though you are there. Other times, your view of the shepherd turned king will be eclipsed by the reflection of yourself.
