Directv H20 receiver settings?

I have a problem with my receiver is set. I had the 5 LNB dish connected professionally, but when I go to the setup menu of the receiver under satellite confirms, 99, 99 of grid 10 and 11, 103, 103 14 and 15, all fail. After that the screen says that the recipient is acquiring program guide information from satellites, which is never complete, continuously acquired information (he let go, provided that 1 / 2 hour). It seems to me that something is wrong with your connections the font. Check all cables, make sure that all firm and secure.
