Can I use multiple satellite boxes off one dish?
I'm in southern England, and have a dish mounted on the wall close to the free transmission air satellite from Astra 2A. Can I split the cable and running two digital receiver boxes from the same plate, ie the same LNB? Thank you.
Here is what you can do with your current dish and LNB configuration. # 1 (if any) use a dual LNB and run 2 coax cables to each receiver independently. # 2 if you have a dual LNB, you could run a 2nd coax output LNB on the back of your receiver 1 and connected to the LNB input on the receiver to the 2nd, the only problem I have is that you have to stay in the same polarity as the receiver 1. Dual LNB 2 LNB is actually located in 1. a dual LNB is the best option, but require running another wire antenna to the receiver of your 2nd.
